dc.description.abstract The project, whose full name is CO-CREATIVE IMPROVED UNDERSTANDING AND AWARENESS OF MULTIHAZARD RISKS FOR A DISASTER RESILIENT SOCIETY and whose acronym is C2IMPRESS, is supported under the Horizon Europe program under the call HORIZON-CL3-2021-DRS-01. In response to the pressing global and European need, the C2IMPRESS project addresses the evident gaps in data, understanding, and awareness concerning compound weather and climate extremes. With the backdrop of insufficient governance mechanisms heightening community vulnerability, this initiative champions a transformative shift from the prevailing 'hazard-centric' methodologies to a pioneering 'people and place'-centric approach to multi-hazard risk and resilience assessment. pt_BR
