The Living Lab (LL) was attended by 21 stakeholders (Table 1), with a predominance of representatives from the public sector (as has been customary, given its role in emergency planning, policy development, and supervision). The public sector was the majority, with 16 representatives (counting with 6 members of the team), followed by 4 representatives from the private sector and 1 from civil society. Nevertheless, it can be stated that a heterogeneous representation of local communities was achieved, notably with the inclusion, for the first time in the course of these Laboratories, of a representative from health services (a critical sector in the context of civil protection and responses to environmental risks) and a representative from a major national civil association focused on water resource management. Two other new entities have joined, one responsible for water resource management and one from the municipality of Coimbra. |
