Abstract

This deliverable provides a comprehensive overview of the project͛s exploitation and sustainability efforts during the second part of the project. After outlining the market overview and analysis of UP2030 key sectors, the deliverable provides updated exploitation plans for the Key Exploitable Results (KERs). The plans provide a structured approach for developing comprehensive post-project exploitation plans for the KERs, describing the strategies, planned activities, responsibilities, and financial considerations to support their continued use and impact after UP2030. In parallel, the document outlines the sustainability plans of the pilot cities͛ prototypes/ On the one hand, it describes how each prototype will be maintained, further used, or expanded to generate long-term impact in the cities beyond the lifetime of the project. On the other hand, it details how the UP2030 tools applied in the prototypes will continue to be used, embedded and sustained within the pilots after the end of the project.
