Abstract:
This document outlines 16 tools developed from 11 organizations within the UP2030 programme, which embody a diversity of operations, from digital twins and flood modelling to carbon mapping and citizen engagement. This background information is supported by a general step-by-step guide for their implementation, each supported by a process flow diagram, and a detailed case study of each tool being used within UP2030.
