Abstract:
This document constitutes a deliverable of Action E2 of the LIFE Hymemb Project (LIFE12 ENV/PT/001154). The document summarizes the After-LIFE dissemination plan to carry-out the dissemination effectiveness previously performed, communicating and continuing to disseminate the project results to relevant target groups.
