Following the developments in equipment and new technologies, improved methods, for ob-servation of structure’s behaviour, are taking place. With the automation of several tasks, starting with the data acquisition and data storage all the way to through data management and data sharing it became possible to control bridges’ safety in real time. Due to this it is available the assessment to all the information related to the structure, in real time, anywhere in the world as long as we have network connection. |
