dc.description.abstract This report constitutes the fifth deliverable of actions B3 and B4 and describes the extra-work developed in these actions after January 2018 joint deliverable of actions B3 and B4 of LIFE Impetus project, and describes the extra-work developed between April and September 2019 in collaboration with Millipore/Sigma (Pennsylvania, USA), namely the pilot scale production of pine nut shells (PNS) derived activated carbons. This extra work, involving the pilot production of the new PAC (TRL 7) and their successful testing with real waters, helps supporting future economic feasibility studies on the industrial production of this PAC and bringing the product closer to the market. pt_BR
